Find out which of your workflows carry risk, and what to fix first

A one-off, independent read on where your business actually stands with AI: deliberately a diagnostic rather than a subscription, with no obligation to take anything further. If you arrived here from the Owner's Playbook in the Savage Recruitment Academy, this is the step I mentioned at the close, and it is entirely optional. Either way, you do not need to have it all figured out before you ask for one.

What the audit covers
01 Sessions with the people doing the jobConsultants, resourcers and whoever assembles your compliance packs, not only the person who signed the engagement.
02 One real role followed end to endBrief to shortlist to placement to invoice, with the hours and the handoffs counted rather than estimated.
03 Every tool that touches a candidate decisionAnything that screens, scores, ranks or shortlists, listed with the data it uses and who owns it, which is the register a client procurement team will ask for first.
04 A review of what you already pay forIncluding the AI features inside your CRM that you are already entitled to and nobody has opened, and the usage pricing that has climbed since you signed.
05 A ranked list of what to act onScored on what each is worth against what it costs to do, with the ones I do not think you should touch listed as well, because declining is usually the cheaper half of the list.
What you walk away with
01 A written report in plain language, short enough that your leadership team will read all of it, and a debrief where you can push back on the ranking.
02 Your AI use register started properly, populated with your own tools rather than handed to you as a blank template.
03 A baseline written down, so the next twelve months has something to be measured against, and so the next vendor who quotes you has a number to answer.

Format. Structured engagement, typically two to four weeks from kick-off to final report.

Fee. $2,500 to $5,000.

Deliverable. Written assessment report plus a debrief session, typically 20 to 25 pages, with a number against each recommendation.

Disclosure. The Academy module is an in-kind arrangement rather than a client engagement, so there is no revenue share and no invoice in either direction between the Academy and me.
